COMPANY OVERVIEW

Bridge Funding Corporation (“BFC”) is a  Nashville based, for-profit corporation formed in 2004. BFC is a BIDCO, Business and Industrial Development Corporation, licensed by the Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions , a CDFI, Community Development Financial Institution and a CDE, Community Development Entity certified by the US Treasury Department's CDFI Fund.

Bridge Funding primarily provides mezzanine debt/equity investments for value creation real estate projects and small/early stage businesses.

Primary Mission of Bridge Funding Corporation: to provide financial products and services to underserved businesses, real estate projects, and communities in need of economic development in the target market area of greater Nashville, Tennessee.
